Assessments

All cases during the 12 weeks assessment at YP-MATS are potential risk assessed on an individual bases and will form the implementation of our care plan using a multidisciplinary approach.

Within the 12 weeks assessment we initially gather information on current historical concerns, including developmental and family history, family relationships, and education and social performance.

The 12-weeks assessment gives us time to plan a tailored care approach with specific therapeutic interventions and time for symptom monitoring to guide treatment decisions for psychotherapy. The central goal of all clinical assessment is to come to a case formulation that would guide management decisions.
